Paul has over 25 years’ experience in Health, Safety and Risk Management within senior strategic and operational roles with a strong track record in successfully implementing health and safety management systems that deliver sustainable outcomes. With a passion for Safety and Risk management Paul has focused on providing effective solutions that improve safety performance. 

This success is founded on building strong client relationships through taking the time to understand the client’s business, identifying their needs and provide effective solutions.

Over and above Paul’s safety and risk management experience, he has been involved in Project Management, Organisational Change, and workshop facilitation throughout Australia.

Paul has extensive experience across various industries including resources, construction, mining and materials, manufacturing, concrete, quarrying, transport, logistics, and retail sectors. 


Through his working career he has successfully held Senior Management positions with National responsibilities for over 15 years, working with ASX 100 listed companies such as Metcash and Incitec Pivot Limited.   Paul's experience in the mining and resources sector has seen him operate across numerous mine sites as National HSE Manager for Wagner's Projects Division and was seconded as the Project HSE Manager for a major contractor package on the INPEX LNG project in Darwin. Paul also has extensive experience in the explosives industry working with Dyno Nobel supporting safe service delivery across mine sites and project managed the successful licence renewals for several Ammonium Nitrate Major Hazard Facilities.  Paul has most recently held a position at Incitec Pivot as Risk Manager for the Asia Pacific Region where he was responsible for the company Fatal Risk Management and critical control management program across the organisation.


Qualifications include: Masters in Occupational Health and Safety, a Masters in Industrial Relations, a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), a Bachelor of Science (Environmental Studies), a Diploma in Frontline Management, and a Diploma in Personal Injury Management.
